Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. Delicious apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 eggs (well beaten)

Preparation

Peel, core, and chop apples
into small pieces.
Pour sugar over apples. Add nuts.
Let stand at least 1 hour.
