Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. sausage
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 c. onions
    1 c. green pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can chicken noodle soup
    1 1/3 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients.
    Add soups and rice.
    Mix.
    Bake in covered casserole 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese, if desired.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Freezes well.
