Ham And Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie pan
1 small onion
2 c. ham, chopped
2 bags Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 c. milk
chopped bell pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation

Cut lean country style ribs or spareribs into serving pieces. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan.
On each rib, place 1 slice of lemon and 1 slice of onion.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Baste with Houston barbecue sauce, low-fat version, and continue baking 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender. Turn and baste as needed.
