Macaroni Beef Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute beef, macaroni, onion, bell pepper and garlic in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow; drain off excess fat.
    Add tomato juice and seasonings; bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Uncover and simmer for several more minutes or until sauce is reduced in consistency.
    Serves 4.
