Microwave Fillet Of Sole In Lemon Parsley Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. celery seed
    1 lb. sole or flounder fillets (fresh or frozen), thawed
Preparation
    Place margarine in rectangular baking dish, 12 x 8-inch or 10-inch casserole.
    Microwave at High until melted.
    Blend in remaining ingredients except fish fillets.
    Coat both sides of fish with butter sauce.
    Arrange in baking dish.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave at High until fish flakes easily in center with fork, 5 to 6 minutes.
