Texas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.
Set aside. In a medium saucepan, bring to a boil, oleo, cocoa and water. Stir into flour mixture and beat well.
Pour into greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
