Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large peppers
3/4 lb. chop meat
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cut peppers across top and scoop out insides.
Bring 4 quarts water to boil.
Put clean peppers in and blanche for 3 minutes. In frypan, cook chop meat, garlic, onion and nutmeg.
Drain and add rice.
Spoon into pepper.
Place in roasting pan.
Pour tomatoes over and place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
