Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. Can Pears
6 oz. Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
1 Small Lime Jello
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. Chopped Walnuts (Optional)
Preparation

1. Drain pears.
2. Heat 1 c. pear juice (if not enough add water).
3. Mix cream cheese with dry jello till it looks like green paste.
4. Add hot pear juice to jello mixture, mix well, then
cool and let thicken a bit.
5. Add mashed pears (mash with fork).
6. Fold in cool whip and nuts then cool.
