Chinese Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bean sprouts
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cooked chicken pieces
    1 c. cut celery
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. cashew nuts
Preparation
    Mix all except nuts in a slow cooker.
    Cook on low for 4 to 9 hours.
    Stir in nuts and serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
