Tasty Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated (room temperature)
    1/4 c. butter (room temperature)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 oz. chopped green chilies, with seeds removed
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
    2 pkg. dry green onion dip mix
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Beat
    cheese
    and
    butter with mixer until smooth.
    Add mayonnaise,
    beat
    until fluffy.
    Add chilies, pimentos, onion dip and
    water.
    Line quart dish with Saran Wrap and chill for 2 hours.
    Can
    make 1 large ball or 2 small ones.
    Keeps for 3 weeks in fridge.
