Shrimp And Corn Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
3 Tbsp. flour
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 lb. shrimp
garlic to taste
1 can tomatoes
1 can creamed corn
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 c. chicken broth or more
Preparation

In heavy pot, add oil and flour; cook until light brown.
Add onions and shrimp; saute lightly.
Add garlic and continue to stir.
Heat tomatoes separately.
Add tomatoes and cook slowly. (It will be like stew.)
Add parsley and broth.
Add corn and cook slowly for about 10 minutes.
Add seasoning to taste and add more broth if needed.
