Three Grain Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white flour
    1/3 c. cornmeal
    1/3 c. wheat flour
    1/3 c. oatmeal
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1 egg or egg substitute
    2/3 to 1 c. milk (according to how thin you want them)
Preparation
    Measure all dry ingredients and put in a bowl.
    Beat egg slightly with oil and milk.
    Add to dry mixture.
    Drop by a big spoon onto hot greased griddle.
    (Use Pam spray or a little olive oil.)
