Cucumber Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cucumbers, peeled, grated and drained well
2 green onions, chopped fine
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

While draining cucumbers (on paper towels), beat cream cheese and add remaining ingredients.
Mix well, adding cucumbers last. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
Serve as a vegetable dip or as a filling for finger sandwiches.
