Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
-
Select a 7 or 8 pound brisket and cover with half bottle of Sidney vinegar and oil dressing.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for about 4 hours. Refrigerate until ready to slice.
