Deacon Jim'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 medium onion, diced
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cube chicken; brown in margarine.
    Set aside.
    In same pan, cook onions and pepper.
    Add to chicken.
    Add tomato sauce and seasonings; heat.
    Add chicken and vegetables.
    Cover; simmer about 35 minutes, adding wine during simmering.
    Serve over angel hair pasta or linguine.
