Sweet Roll Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs (room temperature)
Preparation
    Measure 1 3/4 cups of flour into large bowl.
    Stir in sugar, salt and yeast.
    Heat milk, water and shortening until 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Pour into flour mixture.
    Add eggs and beat with electric mixer at low speed for 1/2 minute.
    Continue beating for 3 more minutes at high speed.
    Stir in remainder of flour.
    Dough will be soft and rather sticky.
    Knead about 3 minutes, until smooth. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes, then shape as desired.
    Let rise 40 to 60 minutes, until light.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden.
