Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 (12 oz.) can beer (not ale)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and beer. Pour mixture into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven. Make slits across top with sharp knife.
    Pour butter mixture on top.
    Continue baking 15 more minutes.
    Done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
