Ham Jambalaya(Great For Leftover Ham.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 to 2 c. chopped cooked ham
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oil until tender.
    Add bouillon diluted with 1 soup can water, rice and ham.
    Cover and cook slowly 30 minutes.
    A good quick skillet meal the whole family will like.
