Cholesterol-Free Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 c. Egg Beaters (1 carton), thawed
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
    1/2 c. 99% fat-free milk
Preparation
    Cream margarine until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar gradually. Add Egg Beaters (thawed out), one third at a time, not all at once. Add lemon peel and vanilla and almond flavorings; add dry ingredients in two parts.
    Gradually add milk, then add rest of flour.
    Mix 2 more minutes.
    Turn into greased and floured loaf pans.
    If you use 1 pan, bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes (Bundt pan).
    If you use 2 loaf pans, bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
