Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. (cooked) crabmeat
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake a pie crust for 5 minutes. Pour in mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand until firm.
