Sauerkraut Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. sauerkraut, rinsed in hot water
    2 c. macaroni, cooked
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 large onion, sauteed in butter
    1 soup can water
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. Hillshire Farm smoked or Polish sausage, sliced or cut up in small pieces
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Cover with foil first 40 minutes of baking time.
