Dump Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
1 can cherry Comstock pie filling
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put pineapple on bottom, then the cherry filling.
Crumble dry cake mix on top, then sprinkle with almonds.
Layer top with thin slices of butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
