Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
    2/3 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely cut bell peppers
    2/3 c. tomato ketchup
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 bacon slices, cut in half
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into a loaf.
    Put into a greased pan. Put bacon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Baste occasionally.
