Beef And Cheese Bake Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown beef with salt, pepper, onion, green pepper and garlic salt.
    Stir in tomato sauce and oregano; set aside.
    Blend cream cheese and sour cream.
    Add cottage cheese and mix well.
    Place half of the cooked noodles in a prepared 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Cover with cheese mixture.
    Spread with remaining noodles, then beef mixture.
    If prepared ahead of time, refrigerate, then bake. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 12.
