Pineapple And Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    green food color
    1 small can grated pineapple
    1 c. chopped cucumber
    lettuce
    mayonnaise
    cream, whipped?
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water.
    Add hot water, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Color with a tiny bit of food coloring. Let stand until gelatin begins to set, then add pineapple and cucumber.
    Put in a ring mold and serve on lettuce with mayonnaise which has been mixed with cream and chopped parsley in the center.
