King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cooked and diced (reserve broth)
    1 doz. tortillas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. diced onions
    1 c. diced green bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Line large dish with layer of tortillas and sprinkle with chicken broth.
    Saute onions, green pepper and chili powder.
    Add soups.
    Pour layer of soup mixture over tortillas, then layer of chicken, then layer of cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Pour over all the Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili powder.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
