Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits or chunks, drained (save juice)
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. fine Ritz crackers
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Put pineapple in bottom of flat dish.
Mix sugar, flour and pineapple juice.
Pour over pineapple;
sprinkle topping on pineapple of cheese,
crackers and butter.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
