Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 qt. milk
1 1/2 pt. coffee cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Add sugar and salt; continue beating.
Fold in scalded milk, cream and vanilla.
Pour into ice cream freezer.
