Good Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lean beef roast
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon
Preparation
    Boil water, onion and bouillon in small saucepan until onion is just tender.
    Place roast in roaster pan with cover.
    Pour onion mixture over roast. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until fork-tender. Remove roast. Skim fat from gravy. Leave as is and serve with roast or thicken with 2 tablespoons flour; or cook sliced carrots, quartered potatoes and 1 small onion in gravy and serve with roast.
