Sausage-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage meat
    1 box stuffing mix
    2 cans cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large skillet; drain grease.
    Put all but 1/2 cup in a buttered 2-quart baking dish.
    Stir 1 cup stuffing mix into sausage remaining in skillet; reserve.
    Combine corn with onion and remaining stuffing mix.
    Spoon into dish on top of sausage.
    Put skillet mixture over corn.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
