Self-Crust Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large or 3 medium eggs
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour or white flour
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except water, then stir in water gradually until well mixed.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
    Makes 8 servings.
    Contains 150 calories per serving.
