Carrot Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium carrots, grated
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 to 5 Tbsp. Tartar Sauce
3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
pinch of salt
pinch of Vegeta (food seasoning and soup mix)
3 cloves of galic, minced
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and blend well. Serve on warm toast or dark bread.
Keep refrigerated.
