Jammed Up Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces (thighs or breasts for 6 with skins removed)
    1/2 c. Russian salad dressing or Italian
    1/2 c. apricot jam or boysenberry
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
Preparation
    Mix together the salad dressing, jam and soup.
    Place chicken pieces in a baking dish and put mixture over them and let stand a few hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with rice.
