Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, shredded
    1 onion
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 can mushroom soup and 1 can water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion, salt and pepper; drain.
    Cover 13 x 9-inch baking dish with shredded potatoes and top with onion, hamburger, cheese, soup and water.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
