Sweet And Sour Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    teriyaki sauce
    8 won ton skins, cut into 3/4-inch strips
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    ground black pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
    1 head lettuce, torn
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Marinate chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for several hours. Bake in microwave until cooked.
    Cut into cubes.
    Fry won ton strips in a little sesame oil or vegetable oil until crisp.
    Drain on paper towels. Boil the sugar, vinegar, salt, oil, pepper and sweet and sour sauce.
    Cool.
    Mix lettuce with chicken, sesame seed and green onions.
    Add dressing and won tons immediately before serving.
    Serves 6.
