Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped cauliflower
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    enough mayonnaise to moisten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Best when made 2 to 3 hours before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    A good substitute for potato salad.
