Choco-Lite Brownies - cooking recipe

2/3 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten
powdered sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour bottom only of an 8-inch square pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt; blend well.
Add margarine, vanilla and eggs. Stir just to combine.
Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 23 minutes or until set. Do not overbake.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
Yields 24 bars.
