Chocolate Chip Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. milk
    1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, biscuit mix and chips and mix.
    Melt margarine; add to milk.
    Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
    Mix quickly into soft dough.
    Turn onto floured surface and knead lightly.
    Roll out to 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until done all the way through.
    Makes about 2 dozen scones.
