Chili Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. defatted ground sirloin
1 c. TVP mixed with 1/2 c. water *
2 large onions
2 qt. defatted beef broth or use 8 c. water and 8 bouillon cubes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
4 Tbsp. chili powder
3 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. paprika
3 cloves garlic or 1 1/2 tsp. canned in water
4 to 5 c. pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
4 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. Cajun seasoning (optional)
Preparation

Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
You can add more water, bouillon and instant potatoes if the spices are more than you want.
This makes a lot, but it freezes well.
