Royal Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head torn lettuce
1/2 sliced cucumber
1 large tomato, wedged
1 medium onion, sliced
8 slices pickled beet
4 hot peppers
2 chopped celery stalks
1 tsp. sliced black olives
1/2 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
red wine vinegar and oil dressing
Preparation

In a large bowl combine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, celery and onion.
Marinate in your favorite red wine vinegar and oil dressing for 1/2 hour.
Toss, then place on huge platter.
Add beets, peppers and black olives; sprinkle crumbled Feta cheese over salad. Chill and serve.
