Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
1 Tbsp. oil
4 c. onion
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp. paprika
1 c. chicken broth
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. noodles, cooked ahead and kept warm
Preparation

Mix the flour, salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken pieces. Heat the oil and then brown and cook chicken until cooked well. Remove chicken from pan and set aside and keep warm.
Add the onions and garlic to the frying pan and stir in the paprika, cooking for one minute.
Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until thickened.
Stir in the sour cream and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Arrange chicken on top of the noodles and top chicken with the sauce.
