Veggie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
    1 pkg. original Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. each fresh chopped: broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, mushrooms and tomato
    1 egg
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls and place flat on a 12 x 15-inch jelly roll sheet.
    Beat one egg and spread over crescent roll crust. Bake according to directions on package (use a wooden spoon to flatten crust down during baking).
    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing together.
    Spread on cooled crust.
    Spread vegetables evenly over surface.
    Spread Cheddar cheese evenly over surface. Cool for 2 hours and then cut into bars.
