Cold Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. (1 box) rotini (screws; better using multi-colored), cooked and drained
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas
    2 c. chopped green peppers
    2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. cubed Provolone cheese
    1/2 lb. sliced hard salami
    1/2 lb. pepperoni, cut into 1/2 strips
    1 can pitted black olives
    1 can chopped anchovy filets
Preparation
    Cook pasta. In small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning. In large serving bowl, combine pasta, dressing and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
