Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Minute rice
    2 large cans (15 oz.) cut up chicken or turkey or use leftovers
    2 cans cream of broccoli soup
    2 c. milk
    3 or 4 slices bread, crumbled
    1 (16 oz.) bag broccoli and cauliflower
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower.
    Layer a thin layer of rice on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Then layer with chicken. Then layer with broccoli and cauliflower.
    Mix milk with both cans of soup and pour on top of everything (you can add a thin layer of rice before pouring on the soup).
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, then cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    (It tastes better when cheese is melted slowly.)
