Shrimp De Jonghe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. garlic juice
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Add seasoning to melted butter.
    Stir in sherry; toss with bread crumbs.
    Place shrimp in four baking dishes.
    Spoon buttered crumbs over each to form crust.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325\u00b0. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
