Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely chopped tomatoes
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped green peppers
1 c. finely chopped cucumbers
1 c. sliced green onions
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 to 1 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
3 to 4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine vegetables and chilies in large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients; beat until blended well.
Pour over vegetables and toss lightly.
Cover and chill 6 to 8 hours.
Stir gently before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
