Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    3 c. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Saute meat and onion.
    Add tomato sauce and spices.
    Cook noodles until tender.
    Lightly oil an 8 x 13-inch baking dish. Arrange a layer of the meat, then the cottage cheese, then the Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
