Gourmet Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium-size potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream with chives
    8 oz. cream cheese
    dash of garlic powder
    4 Tbsp. green onions, minced
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes.
    Drain and mash.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cut into a buttered baking dish.
    Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
