Mom'S Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 pkg. lasagne noodles
    2 c. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a medium skillet, cook and stir ground chuck and garlic until meat is brown.
    Drain; add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Cook noodles as directed on package and drain.
    In an ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch, alternate layers of meat sauce, noodles, cheese and cottage cheese, beginning and ending with sauce.
    Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
