Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
